The Requirements
To be a good fit for the Body Shop Technician role, you will have:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training. Quick question for you - click here
- Basic hand tools you bring to work every day or leave at the shop.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to meet company insurance standards.
- The ability to regularly lift or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds.
Additionally, you should willing to work overtime on a regular basis (approximately 50 hours per week) and should be flexible in your schedule, possibly working a second shift if needed.

It's what you would expect: You'll repair body damage to vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specification standards.
